ONE CAVEAT: we have two users, who receive encrypted emails from a specific entity, that were unable to retrieve their OTP to open their encrypted messages.
That also worked a treat, and immediately took care of the ones that were complaining most vociferously. But until we could recompose, and for the physical machines, as Lansweeper users we also created a deployment package that runs a modified version of Tom Chantler's AddToHosts.ps1 script: Since we are 95% VDI, we just modified the HOSTS file on the master that took care of the vast majority of our users. Took "Loading Profile." from 62 seconds down to 3 seconds. But since we don't, in fact we don't want Outlook talking to Microsoft at all, it worked for us. Now, if you use any services, this will obviously break them. Of course you could use 0.0.0.0, but we found it was slightly faster to use the localhost address.
